HIRING: FORMWORKS MANAGER

We're searching for a highly competent Licensed Civil Engineer who can lead with expertise and deliver excellence in formworks planning and execution. If you have the technical background, management experience, and passion for construction, this role is for you.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all formwork activities on construction sites. Oversees formwork design, material procurement, installation, and dismantling to ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are met. Works closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and safety teams to optimize formwork systems, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years technical work experience and 5 years managerial experience
• Strong knowledge in construction stages and technical coordination
• Skilled in project costing, budgeting, and evaluating equipment efficiencies
• Experience in high-rise building construction
• Knowledgeable in EHS procedures, ISO Quality Management System, and SAP
• Strong project management capabilities
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
