QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

A.      Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

B.      Experience

·      At least Five (5) years technical work experience, Five (5) years in Managerial Capacity.

·      Knowledge of construction stages, technical coordination, project costing and budgeting

·      Knowledge of and skills in evaluating equipment efficiencies

·      High rise building/construction experience

·      Knowledge of EHS procedures and practices

·      Project management skills

·      Knowledge of and  skills in SAP

·      Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System

·      Verbal & written communication skills-Intermediate

·      Knowledge of and skills in MS Office-Intermediate

·      Professional attitude and appearance

Licensed Civil Engineer
