EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3years of experience in Marketing, communication, or similar role, with proven track record in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Ability to collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently to drive projects to completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design a marketing strategies and plans that support business goals and are responsive to market conditions.
  • Update and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistent use across campaigns and materials.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns using both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Supervise content creation, advertisements, promotions, and public relations efforts
  • Oversee the company's digital presence including all available social media platforms, and other online advertising.
  • Ensure online campaigns are aligned with data privacy regulations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research to capture consumer insights.
  • Use feedback and data to refine marketing programs and customer engagement strategies.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of funds.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
