Job Summary

The Store Head is responsible for supervising daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth service flow, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on hands-on store management while implementing company standards and supporting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure service efficiency
  • Lead and guide baristas and service staff during shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address concerns
  • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and basic reporting
  • Assist in inventory monitoring, stock requests, and wastage control
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are followed
  • Implement store policies, promotions, and operational guidelines
  • Assist in staff scheduling and shift assignments
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the store

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Senior Barista, or Team Leader in a coffee shop or F&B environment
  • Basic knowledge of coffee shop operations and bar workflow
  • Leadership potential with strong teamwork skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
