We are looking for a person who is passionate about collectively overcoming the complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as a Junior Supply Chain Associate.

Backed by international investors, we are a young, dynamic, fun, and multi-disciplinary team with years of experience in e-commerce. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious and passionate to join us in our journey. Would you be up to the challenge?

This full-time role is based in our head office in Mandaluyong City.

What you'll do:

  • Help locate the best quality products at the most favorable purchase price, calculate costs, margins, profits and formulas.
  • Monitor real-time inventory of floral stocks to ensure positive order fulfillment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with growers, wholesalers and carriers.
  • Assist with looking for new suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Solve any problems arising from product quality or availability with a positive attitude, tact and diplomacy, to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Inform Sales Team about market availability on a regular basis.
  • Maintain regular contact with purchasing manager, marketing staff, field office staff and other purchasing staff.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or any related course.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft programs or Google applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Can handle pressure
