  • Staff Management:Manage and schedule delivery personnel, assign tasks, and monitor their performance to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Route and Inventory Management:Prepare daily delivery routes, assign routes as needed, and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock management.
  • Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that the branch and its staff adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards, including vehicle inspections and driver qualifications.
  • Problem Solving:Resolve issues related to staff shortages, route changes, and delivery problems to maintain efficient operations.
  • Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer service within the branch's logistics function.
  • Communication & Coordination:Liaise with internal departments, carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a motorcycle.
  • Must have a driver's License (Not expired).

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
