Job Qualifications – Crew Member

• At least a High School graduate; vocational or college level is an advantage.
• With experience in cashiering, inventory, and food service operations.
• Knowledgeable in basic math and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; customer-oriented.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cashiering duties including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash registers.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Support daily serving operations, ensuring that food is handled and presented according to company standards.
• Monitor portioning, serving times, and product availability to avoid delays or shortages.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during operations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
