  • Oversees day to day operations on electrical and vehicle works, plan and schedule workflow to accomplish necessary task in timely manner of the team.
  • Validates and request all parts and supplies needed for electrical and maintenance operations.
  • Coordinates the implementation of projects to concern departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assists Maintenance Associate (Vehicle repair) in facilitating the maintenance all trucks and shuttles, all material handling equipment such as jack pallet, Stacker, Picker, Pallet Mover, Reach truck and Forklift for optimum utilization.
  • Evaluates work performance of maintenance personnel to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Safekeeps and monitors issued tools and equipment to ensure its good working condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Graduate, Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical course.
  • with at least 2 years experience in general maintenance or other similar role with formal training in related field is a plus
  • Ability to handle a team, meet perceptively and courteously with fellow employees and contractors.
  • Ability to perform various maintenance tasks and clean-up as needed.
  • Ability to evaluate needed supplies and other inventories related to maintenance and projects.
  • Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to plan and determines material, equipment and supplies to be used, and transfers of personnel and equipment from one project to another as necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge in corresponding safety precautions and occupation hazards necessary for safe performance of assigned duties.
