We are looking for a skilled Architect with expertise in developing floor plans and performing related technical calculations. This is a full-time, home-based role where you'll collaborate with an international team to deliver high-quality, customized designs for diverse client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate architectural floor plans and perform surface area and related technical calculations
  • Use specialized design software (e.g., SketchUp or similar) for project creation and modification
  • Adapt and customize floor plan templates based on client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team and communicate directly with the client
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and participate in training initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar field
  • Proven experience in architecture, especially in creating floor plans and calculations.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in architectural design software.
  • SketchUp or similar
