We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager / Business Partner to lead client relationships and oversee service delivery for a leading Australian construction company. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the face of our operations, driving performance, building trust, and unlocking growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address challenges
  • Lead and oversee support teams to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and service offerings
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion
  • Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with all agreements
  • Represent the company in client meetings and presentations
  • Resolve conflicts and manage client expectations with professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Payroll, etc.) for seamless service delivery

Skills & Experience:

  • 4–5 years in a similar role, ideally within the Australian construction industry
  • Deep understanding of construction project dynamics, subcontractor management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AS/NZS ISO 9001, WHS)
  • Proven success in client relationship management and service excellence
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills tailored to Australian business culture
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients
