Job Description

  • Manage the subcontractor billing process by verifying invoices for accuracy against completed work and contractual terms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to confirm work completion and approve payments for General Contractor/Subcontractor invoices.
  • Keep an organized, easily accessible record of invoices, contracts, change orders, and other related documents for General Contractors/Subcontractors.
  • Monitor project expenditures, comparing them to the budget to identify cost overruns or discrepancies.
  • Analyze budget variances to determine the causes of cost overruns or savings.
  • Maintain and organize all project records, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts, and permits.
  • Track project accomplishments against established schedules and assist in adjusting timelines as necessary.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotes for value engineering work.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineer preferably a licensed civil engineer.
  • Proven at least 1-2 years of work experience as a Office Engineer or similar role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient and target-oriented
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other applications required in creating and submitting reports as well as project management tools
  • Willing to be assigned in Baliwag, Bulacan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
