Position Title: Customer Service Assistant

Role Exposure :

  • Develop your skills in effectively servicing customers
  • Increase your exposure on corporate online banking and Cash Management transactions
  • Improve your decision making skills

Job Summary :

  • The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Assistant is to handle queries, requests, or complaints from corporate clients pertaining to any Cash Management Products or Corporate Online Banking. You should be able to do basic troubleshooting on MBOS/MDC and escalate to the respective units errors or issues that need further investigation.
  • You will also provide after sales support to Institutional Banking clients which includes answering simple queries related to their corporate accounts such as but not limited to Deposit Balances, Transaction History, Loans.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any business related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • You must have clear communication skills and patience in dealing with difficult and frustrated clients
