We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Procurement & Shipping Executive to support our operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a full-time work-from-home role suitable for individuals who can work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all suppliers & contracted partners.
  • Monitor product sales, margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve pre-set KPIs
  • Source for new leads from source of origin or main principle supply
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to quality standards
  • Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting demand to avoid shortages

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

  • 3-4 years work experience in shipping and procurement or a related field is a plus.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools.

  • Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendation.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and other relevant tools.
