Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will :

  • Build and code HTML email templates for client-backed campaign deployments.
  • Apply edits, updates, and formatting changes to existing email templates based on project requirements.
  • Prepare images, links, tracking parameters, and content assets for email production.
  • Perform QA checks on email builds, including rendering tests, link validation, and formatting accuracy.
  • Assist Coordinators and Senior Coordinators in preparing campaigns for deployment within ESPs.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple versions and variations of email content.
  • Document changes, update tickets, and follow production processes using tools such as Asana.
  • Support troubleshooting of basic HTML or formatting issues

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 0–1 years experience in email production, HTML work, web design, or related digital content creation.
  • HTML & CSS proficiency; basic email coding; familiarity with ESPs (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) preferred; image optimization; QA and testing workflows; understanding of responsive email design.
