Job Summary

The Self-Load Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of equipment and materials from the warehouse or pickup point to designated delivery locations. This role includes manually loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are properly secured during transit, and maintaining the assigned vehicle in good working condition.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Operation
  • Drive company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Operate assigned delivery routes efficiently and on time.
  • Loading & Unloading
  • Manually load equipment and materials from the warehouse or pickup site into the vehicle.
  • Secure equipment and materials to prevent damage or shifting during transport.
  • Unload equipment and materials at delivery locations as instructed.
  • Proper Handling
  • Verify the quantity and quality of equipment and materials before transport.
  • Handle equipment and materials with care to prevent damage.
  • Documentation
  • Complete delivery receipts, trip logs, and other required paperwork.
  • Obtain signatures upon delivery when required.
  • Vehicle Maintenance
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report any accidents, delays, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid professional driver's license with restriction codes 1, 2, and 3.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
  • Physically fit
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php900.00 per day
