Job Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor company performance against budgets and targets.
  • Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • more than 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role (fresh graduates with a strong academic background may also apply for entry-level).
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions); knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • [Optional: CPA, CFA, or other finance-related certification is a plus.]
