RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, tissues, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
  • Follow proper safety and sanitation policies at all times.
  • Ensure guest privacy and security while cleaning occupied rooms.
  • Handle guest requests or refer them to the appropriate person.
  • Follow daily task checklists and housekeeping procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and closets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree of BSHM or other related courses
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent time management skills attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures Positive attitude and willingness to learn
