The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Revenue Assistant Manager

The Revenue Assurance Assistant Manager will be responsible in driving revenue accuracy through automation, standardization and optimization. He/she will own a portfolio of clients and incorporate their expertise to deliver top-notch and timely results.

To apply for this role, you are excellent at:

· Lead billing, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes in partnership with key business teams.

· Build and maintain financial models to support accurate revenue projections and scenario analysis.

· Prepare and present timely management and executive-level revenue reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.

· Analyze revenue trends, customer segments, and market drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

· Drive improvements and automation in reporting processes, utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all revenue data and reporting outputs.

· Support special projects and ad hoc analysis to guide business decisions and strategic initiatives.

· Collaborate with, mentor, and support colleagues to strengthen financial understanding and achieve organizational objectives.

Your Success Profile includes:

· Top-notch communication skills able to communicate with all levels within the organization

· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

· years of experience in billing, revenue management, or financial reporting. FP&A preferred.

· Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial modeling and reporting tools.

· Experience with data visualization platforms

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Preferred:

· NetSuite experience

· Relevant certification (CPA/CMA)
