About the role

Join the customer service team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' as a Call Centre Representative. This full-time position is based in San Juan City Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers and providing prompt and courteous assistance
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records accurately
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services
  5. Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable navigating various software systems
