Join Triton Constructions Development Corporation as a Resident Manager-Mining Engineer based in Mariveles Bataan. What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of mining sites, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of mining activities
  2. Develop and implement safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all personnel on site
  3. Analyse geological data and create detailed mine plans to optimise resource extraction
  4. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of mining equipment and infrastructure
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant mining regulations and industry best practices
  7. Lead and mentor a team of skilled mining professionals

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Resident Manager or in a senior mining operations role
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects from start to finish
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
  5. Strong understanding of mining technologies, equipment, and best practices
  6. Ability to interpret geological data and create effective mine plans
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
