About the role

TEVIANT' is seeking an experienced Retail Officer to join our dynamic team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As a Retail Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the operational excellence and strategic growth of our retail business. This is a full-time position that will involve overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple store locations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales and inventory strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the daily operations of assigned retail stores, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service delivery
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability
  • Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and address operational challenges
  • Provide training and development support to store-level employees
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and store events

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of retail management software
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency
