  1. Create and publish written materials that communicate key messages aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Draft press releases, statements, newsletters, and annual report content.
  3. Assist in developing communication and PR/media plans.
  4. Serve as the main field reporter by visiting program and project sites to document events and initiatives.
  5. Write feature stories and field reports highlighting impact and success stories.
  6. Capture photojournalistic content to accompany written outputs.
  7. Work with the Visual Media Officer to collect, organize, and update the internal visual content database.
  8. Support the production of multimedia content as needed.
  9. Coordinate with various program and project teams to meet their specific communication needs.
  10. Review and provide initial edits for written materials from different units.
  11. Assist in content creation and management for digital platforms in collaboration with the Digital and Social Media Officer.
  12. Monitor traditional and digital media for coverage related to WWF.
  13. Assist in preparing media monitoring reports and contribute to crisis communication plans as needed.
  14. Help manage special projects (e.g. Earth Hour) with objective of raising awareness through conceptualization and implementation of events, including but not limited to coordination and logistics, with the supervision of the Integrated Communications Manager.
  15. Plan, identify, and execute various communications strategies with the rest of the Communications Unit to achieve campaign objectives.
  16. Ensure that the brand standards of WWF-Philippines are met across all communications, internal and external.
  17. Ensure that the values of WWF-Philippines are met across all communications, internal and external.
  18. Work on targets for brand awareness and plans to achieve brand awareness goals
  19. Support and assist market research initiatives in coordination with research needs of Individual Donors Program, Corporate Partnership programs, Major Gifts, Merchandising, and other requirements from internal WWF units.
  20. Identify risks to WWF brand and help determine strategies to mitigate these risks.
