JOB MISSION/PURPOSE:

Performs Project Management role for Enterprise Systems such as HRIS by ensuring the successful solution delivery based on the approved timeline, budget and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing Project Meetings and Workshops; Accountable for the minutes of the meeting, especially during Project Owner and Steercom Meetings.
  • Documenting and Monitoring the Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) identified in project workshops and meetings. Perform follow-ups with the action owners in a timely manner.
  • Supports AIC BPOs and SMEs in preparing and storing project related documentation.
  • Will act as the test and defects manager on the client side. Will collaborate with BPOs and SMEs in crafting the test plan. Ensures that the test plan is in accordance with the business process and blueprint. Monitors and follow-up the status and completion of tests and defects resolution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate the risk.
  • Provide regular communication with the stakeholders about the progress, milestones, potential risks and any changes to the scope, budget and timeline.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required standards and quality benchmarks.
  • With the guidance of PMO, the PM will adhere to the Company's governance framework for project management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • . A graduate of BS in Information Systems, BS in Industrial Engineering, or any related courses.
  • 3 to 5 years' hands on experience in implementing enterprise systems such as Human Resource Information System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, etc.
  • Successful implementation of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodology.
  • Good to have Project Management Professional Certificate, Change Management but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90,000.00 per month
