Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Associate, located in Makati. The Purchasing Associate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records of buying activities. Strong communication skills are essential as the candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement
  • Strong Analytical Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Proven experience in Purchasing practices
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with industry-standard procurement software is a plus
  • Experience in working in an I.T. Company is a plus.
