Job Description:

We're hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in assembling precision optical products (binoculars). No prior binocular experience required—training will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble binoculars using work instructions
• Handle small precision parts with care
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Report defects and maintain cleanliness
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Meet production targets and communicate with the team
• Open to shift work and overtime

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 20/20 vision (with or without glasses)
• Excellent hand dexterity and no sweaty palms
• Detail-oriented, patient, and eager to learn
• Team player with at least 1 year in assembly or manufacturing
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

Schedule:

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shift)
• Weekends (Saturday): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (As required)
• Overtime: 5:10 to 8pm (As required)
• Breaktime:
• 10:15 - 10:30am (15mins)
• 12:00 - 1:00pm (1hr)
• 3:15 - 3:30pm (15mins)
• 5:00 - 5:10pm (10mins)

Note: For all break times, you are required return to your workstation 3 to 5 minutes before the end of the break.

Work Environment:

• Cleanroom setting, seated work, frequent handling of small parts
• Earphones allowed after training
