About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SMT Operator to join our dynamic team at MKFF LASERTEKNIQUE INTERNATIONAL, INC.'. As a full-time role based in our Laguna Technopark facility in Binan City Laguna, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing and assembly process of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating and monitoring surface mount technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards
  • Carrying out quality checks and inspections on assembled boards
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the SMT equipment or assembly process
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the manufacturing process
  • Supporting the broader manufacturing team as needed to ensure production targets are met

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an SMT Operator or in a similar electronics manufacturing role
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain SMT equipment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
