Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Department: Technology / Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, capable of

designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires a

passion for coding, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality software that enhances

user experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications.


• Build and maintain scalable front-end interfaces (responsive, user-friendly, cross

browser compatible).


• Develop robust back-end services, APIs, and databases.


• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver

seamless solutions.


• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.


• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.


• Integrate third-party APIs and tools where necessary.


• Maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and codebase.


• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance

performance and scalability.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent

work experience).


• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.


• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or


• Strong experience in back-end development: , Python, Java, PHP, or .NET.


• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).


• Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL design and implementation.


• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).


• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)


• Experience with TypeScript and modern JS frameworks.


• Knowledge of DevOps practices and microservices architecture.


• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Cypress).


• Agile/Scrum development experience.
