Job Summary
The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing human resource and administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role serves as a key support to management and employees, handling HR processes while overseeing administrative and office management activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Functions1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and employment offers
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction programs
Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement
3. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes
Assist supervisors with performance reviews and improvement plans
Maintain performance-related records
4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping
Administer employee benefits and leave management
Respond to employee queries related to pay and benefits
5. Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and workshops
Maintain training records and compliance certifications
6. HR Policies & Compliance
Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Maintain accurate and confidential employee record
Job Type: Full-time
