Job Description:

Video Production

Capture raw footage (V1 "Walk-In Conversion," V2 "Setup Time-Lapse") and edit it into dynamic, platform-optimized vertical videos (10–30 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Design and integrate dynamic text, motion graphics, and visual effects to explain features and reinforce key calls-to-action (CTAs).

Edit owner testimonial footage (T1, T2) into impactful, brand-compliant video clips, including subtitle generation, audio leveling, and background cleanup.

Seamlessly integrate B-roll and screen captures to visually support narrative claims and enhance the professional look of all videos.

Ensure all video assets are correctly sized, color-graded, and exported for optimal performance across various social media and advertising platforms.

Product Demonstration Videos

Produce polished, narrated videos detailing the full product lifecycle from unboxing and setup to activation and automated display of reviews; essential for website and sales presentations.

Create focused screen-capture videos demonstrating the simplicity of the app and the AI review curation feature.

Edit targeted demo clips tailored for the Enterprise channel, focusing on system-wide management and brand compliance features for franchisors.

Photography & Graphic Design Support

Process and edit high-resolution raw photography (P1 "Hero Shot," P3 "Before & After" comparisons) to maintain a premium, cohesive, and brand-compliant visual aesthetic.

Prepare and deliver final, ready-to-use image files for website product pages, email marketing, and high-stakes franchisor sales presentations and case studies.

Crop and manipulate images for digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads), ensuring visual impact and CTR optimization.

Manage and organize the Signamic visual asset library, ensuring all files are correctly tagged, archived, and readily accessible for the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production, ideally in a fast-paced environment or for a technology/SaaS product.

Video Editing Software: Expert proficiency in industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).

Photo & Graphic Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for professional photo retouching, color correction, and graphic compositing.

Short-Form Content: Demonstrable experience creating short-form, vertical video content designed to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.

Visual Storytelling: Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling, translating raw footage into clear, compelling narratives.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback quickly.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
