We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Photo Processing Agent to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and efficient photo processing for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests related to photo processing
  2. Carefully reviewing and processing customer photo submissions to ensure accuracy and quality
  3. Providing clear and helpful guidance to customers throughout the photo processing workflow
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all photo processing activities
  5. Collaborating with the wider customer service team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department

What we're looking for:

Experience: 1+ years in photography/editing with advanced photo or video editing skills; graphic design experience is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Real Estate Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and familiarity with 3D virtual tour tools is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows PCs, cloud platforms, and web technologies.

Editing Expertise: Skilled in photo corrections, cropping, color adjustments, and organizing images to meet brand standards.

QA and Curation: Responsible for reviewing photo/3D quality, selecting the best images, and ensuring logical image flow.

Virtual Tours: Experience in editing and assembling 3D panoramic images into virtual tours.

Customer Support: Handles email/chat support and responds to specialty editing requests (e.g., Blue Sky, Twilight edits).

Key Traits: Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work independently with strong time management.

Real Estate Savvy: Understands real estate marketing principles and has a strong aesthetic sense for showcasing properties.
