Finance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Participate in payroll preparation and validation.
• Maintain accurate and updated financial records and reports.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen financial processes and controls.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
