Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

Operational

• Provide technical support and resolve escalated incidents related to customer network services.

• Monitor and assess network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

• Conduct periodic reviews of licenses and certificates for all network and related devices.

• Handle provisioning and configuration of customer network services.

• Deliver onsite deployment and implementation support at customer locations.

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve issues and ensure timely support.

• Assist the department manager in executing network projects and infrastructure expansion.

• Maintain accurate and updated asset inventory for all network-related equipment.

• Contribute to presales efforts by providing technical input and support.

• Participate in after-hours standby rotation to ensure service continuity.

Compliance and Security

• Adhere to company ISO9001 and ISO27001 policies, standards, and procedures.

• Implement and maintain best security practices in both internal and customer environments.

• Keep network documentation and diagrams current to support compliance and operational readiness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent

  • At least 2 years' experience in managing, configuring and design network equipment
  • Network certification like CCNA, JNCIA
  • Security certification like CIH, CEH, SSCP, FCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Attention to detail with strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in balancing compliance and business objectives
  • Experience in the other region(s) within Southeast Asia will be an advantage (e.g., Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam)
