Overview
TASQ is seeking English-speaking call center agents for on-site positions in Taguig, with openings available starting May 13. The initial screening interview will take place via phone, so please ensure your phone line is open.
Responsibilities- As a Customer Service Representative in the Fraud department, you will engage with consumers on behalf of the client through inbound and outbound calls.
- This position requires strong relationship-building skills to assist customers and prevent fraudulent activity.
- You will need to navigate multiple systems at once while effectively utilizing your computer.
- The primary goal of this role is to safeguard the client's brand reputation and ensure a positive experience for customers.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ideally, candidates should have one year of experience in call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
- Candidates should be willing to work in either collections or anti-fraud roles.
