Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth, pleasant dining experience for all patrons. Prepare, cook, and plate food items in accordance with quality standards, health regulations, and speed requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages following established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Execute food preparation tasks, including chopping, washing, and measuring ingredients.
  • Cook and assemble menu items according to standard recipes and quality control measures.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen workspace, including equipment and storage areas.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate low stock levels to the supervisor.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene procedures.
