A. Administrative General Tasks

1) Prepares and dispatches general correspondence, both local and foreign.

2) Prepares and dispatches quotes/offers to both local and foreign clients, as needed.

3) Catalogues prints/books/reference materials, etc.

4) Encodes new purchases and others.

5) Executes client presentations, client visits, and closes sales.

6) Prepares documents needed for the delivery of Sold Articles, i.e. print labels, Certificates of Authenticity to Invoices, DRs, etc.

7) Ensures collection of payments for sold articles in coordination with Accounts Receivable section.

8) Coordinates with Frame-shop for matting and framing requirements.

9) SRP calculation for Outside Work (OWs)

10) Prepares assigned Reports.

B. Gallery Specific Responsibilities

1) Executes over-all gallery functions.

2) Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the gallery.

3) Makes conscious effort to develop product knowledge.

4) Executes proper handling of sales transactions and inquiries in the aim of concluding a sale.

a. Completes reports and requisitions prior to gallery work (including Replenishment)

b. Records new items

5) Monitors sale transaction until goods receipt and payment by client.

6) Arranges for replenishment of sold items.

7) Maintains and must administer at least six (6) shows plus internal/external shows prepared by Curator or designate.

8) Quotes made to order mattings, framings and hanging system.

9) Executes merchandise transfers per SOP.

10) Performs basic framing and ordinary mattings.

11) Coordinates all sales related issues/events/work with the Gallery Sales Supervisor or designate.

12) Completes Daily Handover report for all Gallery related inquiries from clients as well as pending tasks.

13) Can work 6 days in a week (Saturday or Sunday) and Holidays.

14) Any business related course.

15) At least 2-3 years work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
