OVERVIEW:

Your primary focus will be delivering high-tier support and strategic optimizations to ensure our clients' Salesforce ecosystems remain high-performing and scalable. This role demands a blend of technical mastery and business acumen. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues and translating high-level business requirements into practical, impactful Salesforce configurations. From overseeing daily maintenance to spearheading system improvements, your contributions will be vital to our clients' achievements and our team's collective goals

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Client Consultation: Strategize with stakeholders to identify and implement minor enhancements that streamline business processes.
  • System Optimization: Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain high system performance and a seamless user experience.
  • Requirement Management: Expertly document and prioritize client needs while ensuring all configurations adhere to Salesforce standards.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Monitor client environments and leverage new Salesforce releases to suggest innovative ways of working.
  • Ecosystem Management: Oversee the lifecycle of AppExchange and third-party integrations, ensuring they remain updated and functional.
  • Enablement: Increase user adoption by conducting training sessions and creating comprehensive support documentation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Functional Consultant.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flow, and process automation.
  • Solid understand of Agile methodologies and working practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php160,000.00 per month
