HR Manager

The position contributes to the company's success by leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring, compensation and benefits planning and administration, training and development, employee relation, labor relations and compliance, ensuring a high-performing, motivated, and engaged workforce.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2.Proven experience in human resources management, with 10 years in a leadership role.
3.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office
6.Willing to be assigned in the province- Puerto Princesa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
