We help local and international patients access world-class care across the world, support Healthcare Providers with growth tools, and enable doctors through streamlined licensing workflows. Our mission is to build the most trusted and intelligent global medical access platform.

We currently work with a distributed product and engineering team across Asia, Middle East and Canada. We are now hiring a Senior Product Manager to partner closely with our CEO and local product design and development teams.

About The Role

We are seeking an analytical, creative, and execution-focused
Senior Product Manager
to own Nova Voya's product roadmap. You will translate business goals, user needs, and market insights into world-class digital experiences. This role requires someone who thrives in both strategic and hands-on product work, and who can effectively collaborate with engineering and UX teams.

You will act as the primary product owner, the go-to person for the dev team and designers, and a strategic partner to the CEO in bringing Nova Voya's product vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy and Roadmap

• Work directly with the CEO and product team to define and evolve Nova Voya's product strategy.
• Analyze market trends, competitor platforms, product funnel data, user feedback, and app analytics to identify opportunities.
• Convert insights into clear product initiatives, hypotheses, and user flows.

Product Execution and Ownership

• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch to post-launch iteration.
• Write structured PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog; maintain clear priorities and predictable delivery processes in Jira.
• Provide continuous clarification and direction to engineering and UX teams.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure delivery is on time and aligned.

Research and Insights

• Blend data-driven analysis with creative thinking to propose new features and improvements.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing.
• Evaluate UX/UI flows and prototypes with a strong product and usability lens.

Quality Control and Collaboration

• Maintain a high standard for UX quality, edge-case handling, and execution detail.
• Review wireframes, UI designs, and behavior logic to ensure thoughtful product design.
• Act as the central point of clarification for developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs post-launch and iterate quickly based on insights.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years years of product management experience, with at least 2 years a Senior PM or Product Lead level.
• Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and leading cross-functional development cycles.
• Strong analytical skills (comfortable working with dashboards, product metrics, and experimentation).
• Strong creative instincts; able to generate new product ideas grounded in insights.
• Excellent requirement-writing, PRD structuring, and agile process management using Jira.
• Prior hands-on experience with UX/UI, wireframing, or working closely with design teams is highly desirable.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are highly desired, as you'll collaborate frequently with the CEO and global stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong understanding of UX principles.
• Desirable: Experience in digital health, medical tourism, patient management systems, appointment platforms, clinic operations, or health marketplaces.
• Understanding of patient journeys and healthcare workflows is a significant advantage.
