Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about learning the fundamentals of HR in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, events, and feedback sessions.
  • Support HR in drafting and maintaining HR policies and documentation.
  • Assist in managing attendance, leave tracking, and HR reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
