Motion Designer

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our growing creative team

You'll help bring our brand and products to life through engaging motion design — transforming static visuals into dynamic, high-quality animations that captivate audiences across web, video, and social media channels.

Working closely with the Video Director, Creative Director, and Product Marketing teams, you'll create motion assets that clearly communicate complex ideas in a visually compelling and brand-aligned way.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion & Animation Design

• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations that highlight product features, workflows, and brand stories.
• Create animated product demos and explainer videos using existing Figma design files, brand assets, and UI mockups.
• Design and animate digital ads, social media content, and short promotional videos optimized for various channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Animate typography, icons, logos, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Video, Creative, and Product Marketing) to ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging.
• Maintain technical accuracy and design integrity across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing creativity with timelines and production needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with motion trends, animation tools, and design techniques to bring fresh, modern ideas to your work.
• Proactively suggest ways to elevate visual storytelling and optimize content for engagement.

Office Day: Once (1) a week.

Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM | Monday - Friday

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Skilled in working with Figma design files and turning UI/UX elements into engaging animated visuals.
• Strong understanding of design principles, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and open to feedback, with strong communication and organization skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with sound design and integrating audio with animation.
• Basic knowledge of web animation formats and tools like Rive or Lottie.
• Experience designing animations for paid advertising and social media optimization.
