Key Responsibilities

Provide Technical Advice

  • Recommend solutions to technical issues across multiple network domains.

Deliver and Discuss Technical Solutions

  • Analyze customer network challenges and improvement areas related to RF technologies.
  • Collaborate with customers to discuss findings, solutions, and performance strategies.

Assist in Pre-Sales Activities

  • Gather customer requirements from RFQs or direct customer discussions.
  • Propose scope of work for RF design or optimization services.
  • Estimate cost of sales for proposed services (workforce, tools, travel, expenses).
  • Document and deliver professional service proposals including defined customer value.
  • Support more complex projects within the assigned service area.

Data Analytics

  • Contribute to evolving current NDO (Network Design & Optimization) processes toward more data-driven and analytics-based methods.
  • Utilize intelligent data usage, analytics frameworks, and modern analytical tools to improve network performance insights.

Automation Strategy

  • Assess and recommend automation approaches to improve RF optimization workflows.
  • Apply basic knowledge of open-source programming languages to support automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in ECE, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in RF optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G preferred).
  • Knowledge of KPIs, drive tests, parameter tuning, and network performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, automation concepts, and scripting languages (Python, SQL, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php89,000.00 per month
