Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Daily Operations:

Manage and direct all aspects of the production floor to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.

- Quality Control:

Implement and enforce production standards, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality.
- Workflow Optimization:

Monitor and improve production systems, delegate tasks, schedule personnel, and organize resources to meet production targets.
- Safety and Maintenance:

Ensure the safe operation of machinery and equipment, conduct safety inspections, and arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Reporting and Analysis:

Track production progress, analyze workflow performance, document data, and prepare reports for management, recommending solutions to inefficiencies.
- Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure a consistent flow of materials and supplies needed for production.
