Prompt Engineer
Job Description:

  • Design and refine prompts to achieve desired outputs from LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).

  • Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and iteration to improve model accuracy, tone, and relevance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed prompt strategies into products and workflows.

  • Monitor performance metrics and fine-tune prompts based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.

  • Document prompt engineering best practices and maintain prompt libraries for reuse and scaling.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing, content generation, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in working with large language models and prompt design tools.

  • Strong command of language, tone, structure, and task-specific writing styles.

  • Experience in Python or JavaScript is a plus, especially in model testing or automation.

  • Ability to analyze outputs critically and optimize prompts for accuracy, creativity, or instruction-following.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.
