Responsibility:

Provide interactive customer care and solutions via phone, email, chat from online portal to supplement Refrigeration (Controls, Data Logging, etc.) and Building (HVAC, Lighting, Power etc.) controls applications and deliver professional services such as but not limited to Programming, Integration, Training, Graphical Status Screens and Documentation. This is done through troubleshooting problems or obtaining service requirements in Refrigeration & Building Facilities' controllers and achieving a satisfactory resolution with customers.

Qualifications:

• Any engineering course with Basic Refrigeration and Electronics course, but preferrably Mechanical Engineer or ECE

• At least 2 years experience is preferred, but fresh graduates can apply

• No required systems, but being knowledgeable in CAD is a plus

• Willing to have a hybrid work arrangement and work on-site for thrice a week

• Willing to have a mid shift schedule from 1pm to 10pm MNL time
  but may involve other shifts depending on business needs. There are weekend shifts but only 1 (either Saturday or Sunday) depending on the rotation
