Position: Air Conditioning Maintenance Technician

Salary: Php 15,000 –Php20,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vocational/Technical course graduate in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning (HVAC/R) or related field; certification like TESDA RAC Servicing NC II is a plus.
  • Prior experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning or refrigeration units — both residential and commercial setups.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge — ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and HVAC maintenance equipment.
  • Physical capability: lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, sometimes climbing or bending, and handling varied work environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install air-conditioning / refrigeration units (split-type, window-type, package units, chillers, etc.) and ensure proper setup.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance: clean coils and filters, drain lines, cooling towers; lubricate fans/motors; check all components.
  • Inspect systems regularly for potential faults; diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC/R systems.
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts: compressors, motors, fans, belts, electrical wiring, control units, thermostats, etc.
