MEPF Engineer

Qualifications:

• Review site plans, revisit and updates schedules, and finish the project and activities and all related outputs in accordance with the established completion schedules vis-a-vis the Master Program Schedule at an approved project cost.
• Responsible for the monitoring and quality control of all Electrical and Electronics works, Mechanical, Fire Protection and plumbing works and related services.
• Coordinates the systematic and organized acquisition of daily report activity reports, toolbox meeting minutes, materials/tools and equipment requirements necessary to meet master schedule targets.
• Prepares and reviews schedule duration for all disciplines and relative activities in support of project milestones.
• Recommend measures to minimize delays and calculates durations and other considerations to cope up with master schedule.
• Work along with owners, contractors and staff to satisfy project owner and achieve company goals.
• Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating solutions.
• Submit regular and routinary reports when necessary (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Arrive at work meetings on time and prepared.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Ensure that workers are following all safety guidelines.
• Perform any other duties inherent to the job and the position.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed and graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as MEPF
• Handled MEPF works as contractor or project management.
• Willing to be assigned in Bulacan project.
• Amenable to start ASAP
