  • JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
  • Efficient with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • With knowledge in BIR Related Processing reports and Fillings (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving – the ability to discern the nature of the problem, link the different information and data at hand in order to arrive at the best solution, as well as the ability to evaluate the different applicable solutions available.

Job Description

  • Prepare the profit and loss sheets for the Monthly accounts.
  • Preparing accounts, budgets, Expenses, and financial statement reports
  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter the key data of financial transactions in a database
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries of activity areas
  • Will perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Will do BIR related Documents (Filling and submit reports)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php28,000.00 per month
