Tax ManagerA respected multinational company is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead its tax and customs function. This is ideal for finance professionals with leadership maturity, strong tax and importation background, and cross-functional financial expertise.If you're ready to step into a broader role and contribute to long-term financial leadership, this is for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead tax strategy, planning, compliance, and audit readiness
Ensure importation and customs compliance
Work closely with Treasury, Accounting, and Business Analytics teams
Manage BIR and LGU relations and ensure timely tax filings
Handle internal tax controls and reporting
Support business decisions with sound financial and tax advice
Mentor a small team of tax professionals
Collaborate with local and regional finance leadership
Qualifications:10-15 years experience in Tax, Customs, Finance, and AuditStrong exposure to importation and regulatory compliance
Background in automotive, manufacturing, or audit firms is highly preferred
Excellent stakeholder management skills (will work with both Filipino and expat leaders)Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
