The RoleThe Strategic Data Analyst is primarily responsible for designing and executing various initiatives to meet the business goals of secured lending products within the bank's retail business. The position is expected to take end-to-end ownership, from analyzing vast amounts of data, to translating it into insights, to creating outputs that have a direct impact on the bank's bottom line. How you'll contributeWork with the Secured-Lending Analytics Head to continuously challenge and dream up new underwriting, portfolio, and scorecard strategies.

Perform rigorous statistical analysis of internal and external data in support of recommended strategies. Liaise with various business and technical teams to implement strategies. What we're looking for5 - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science.

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics. Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as SAS, R, and Python. Understanding of consumer secured lending, unsecured lending, on-lending business.

Skilled in data-driven analysis with an emphasis on Retail Business. Strong analytics skills with a focus on pragmatism. Excellent time management skills.
