Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the efficient management and reliability of Vivant's databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, whether hosted on-premise or in the cloud. This role involves both technical and administrative oversight, with a focus on maintaining seamless operations across servers, databases, and ERP platforms. The role also leads incident response and troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve system issues, while contributing to the design and engineering of new projects that enhance business processes. In addition, it also supports training and development initiatives to strengthen user capability and maximize the effective use of database and ERP solutions across the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Information Technology course or any related course.
  • With at least 2 years technical or relevant experience in related.
  • Related certification (i.e. AWS Certified Sysops Administrator, AWS Certified Database Specialty) is a plus.
  • Experience in server systems administration, virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in ERP platforms such as Microsoft Navision, SAP HANA or other similar systems.
